We recently moved this system from one building to another. All went well except we now have extension 316 giving us the system startup in progress message. Other extensions on the same card appear to be working normally.
We have hooked another phone set directly to the punchdown block for extension 316 with the same result.
Can someone point me at something I should look for? One thing I didn't try (duh) was to reverse the polarity. Could this cause this problem? Do I possibly have a bad port on the card?
