I enabled extensions to call forward off premise virtual extension 250.
Call forward to land line no problem.
Call forward to cell phone using AT&T no problem.
Can not forward to cell phone using T-Mobile, caller will hear fast busy. Of course T-Mobile says its not them.

Anyone ever run into something like this.
I did post this on the NTAC forum and waiting on reply.

You might try and set the virtual to a timer class with a 2sec delay to the outside line. 20-31-15, and 20-29.

I just replied on the NTAC site.

I had an issue with Level 3 as the local service provider, intermittantly calls to certain cell phone provders would not go thru. I had to fight with Level 3 to get this resolved, btw.
