We had a snow day yesterday and one of the managers called in to change the system to an alternate greeting and ended up deleting both the regular day and night greeting.
We have neax ips 2000 with neaxmail IM-16. Now under the holiday schedule, I see our day and night greetings still recorded and I can listen to them. I just can't figure out how to get those set to play when someone calls in.
Any suggestions?
