I have a customer who says they can not put a call on hold on there DS1000/2000 System

I have to go ther tommorrow to check it out .I thought that it sounded a little strange .I had them rebot the system and they said it did not resolve the problem .I am wondering if any one has any thoughts on this .Also can I conect a laptop to the system to do programming .I know that I have Adminstrator Software on my laptop .I just could find anything on the website
I am more familiar with the DSX System
