I am able to remote in to all our UM8000 customers and make program changes but I am not able to monitor port activity or listen to user and or company greetings. When I click on port status Java starts, after about 1 minute I get a error message click for details, when I click on it I get the message application failed to run.
Java updates are current on my PC. I have no problem with Java while on site leading me to believe its a port issue but per the IT people the ports are open.
Anyone else having this issue?
