Hi there guys, I really hope you can help me with what I thought would be a simple thing but apparently not!
I have a department group setup with a pilot of 222 and DDI routing accordingly set, within this group there are several extensions which ring sequentially as required.
However its meant to be a 24 hour support line so out of hours it needs to divert to a mobile extension rather than the office phones ideally to be triggered by the last/first person leaving/entering the office. Adding call forwarding on the extensions doesn't work unless they are called directly via DDI rather than part of the ring group. Can I use some kind of Day/Night setting to switch the department between ring group or straight to ME?
Currently I have to go into pcpro and change the DDI Incoming Trunk every morning and evening myself which is obviously a complete PITA!
any ideas would be great!
