I'd suggest calling the dealer who sold it to them, at 831-465-0777, and tell them what you're trying to do. They'll have to go into programming and change a few things.
If they're on bad terms with the dealer who sold it to them, they might want to call 510-728-0128, and ask for Andy -- He might be up for a trip to Sunnyvale. He's an expert on the Elite and can get tech support on IVS, IVS2 and IPS. I don't know where you are getting your information but there is more than 1 dealer selling in that area and more products than mentioned. The user needs to call his dealer
