I am using Repartee for Windows 2000 v2.1 on a Mitel SX2000. I have a user who can not change his greeting. He gets a system voice message saying "this greeting is currently in use, would you like to try again?" Under the log file it says "locked" on one of his entries. How can I unlock it? He can get into the mailbox and listen/leave messages, just not change his main greeting.
Thanks

Look at the access codes for this user. It may be that the "No set up options" box is checked. Youcan find that under the subscribers menu tree. Hope this helps, Razzjammer
