Kevin: You can administer the system remotely by modem--using Keylink software which is included with every KeyVoice VM. You can also administer it using a remote phone---I do most of my remote stuff this way. No need to have a modem hooked up, just need a backdoor line into the VM---it should all be in the manual. You use the Administrators MB menu, and also the KeyVoice TeleParameters feature for almost all changes. Using a remote phone, you can make almost any programming change--routing boxes, system changes, subscriber mailboxes, plus you can change any voice greeting, or name. Good Luck
