Key Voice Technoligies Version 8.2

Yesterday had power failure. Upon Re-boot of Key Voice the system does a check of all voice mail boxes. My System is stuck and un responsive at box 303.

Box 303 is an active box.

I have a hotel and normally when a box becomes un responsive or we need to re-set a box we do that from the master telephone consoul at the front desk.

Because the system is un-responsive and 'hung' I am left not knowing what to do. I have re-booted the system several times always it gets stuck on this same box and becomes unresponsive.

Any help would be greatly appreciaed and I would be willing to pay for assistance if anyone has knowledge of this system. I have original Installation and Maintenance manual.
