I am not sure but that seems to be a little far for wireless with out some external antennas, I could be wrong. But if you have phone cable and there are 2 spare pairs that distance should be no problem just get some good data rated surge supression on it. Just wire straight thru 1pr-pins 1 & 2: 2pr-pins 3 & 6
