Hello.
I am wondering if there is a network setting or download application which can limit bandwidth usage of 1 particular computer for 1 particular download.
Here is the situation, there is a company which has a data T1 which is more then enough for 99.9% of the time of their bandwidth use during normal a certain time, there is a daily large download which normally takes 5 minutes. However, this download is hogging the entire T1's bandwidth and killing the internet connection for the other users.
This 1 single daily download is killing it for everyone only during the period of time of the download. Once this download is done, everything is fine.
So if there are any ways that this 1 download can be limited, I would sure appreciate it.
Thanks for your help!
P.S. The download has to be done at a certain time of the day and can't be delayed until midnight or anything like that.
