Help! Our Comdial dx-80 installation manual states that you can download this software from comdial, but I have searched that site & can't find the download anywhere. Can you help. Thanks! Brad

You have to be a registered dealer to have access to the dealer resource area. What software version do you have? Let me know what it is so I can send it via email.

If you need something older, I might be able to find F28 or even possibly F24 laying around somewhere. All the new ones we get are A33 or F32 though, so they are most common. You can find out which version you want by opening up your system and looking at the CPM board. Chips U14 and U16 I believe usually have a sticker on them with the version number. Its been a while since I had to look, so I'm not sure if thats the chip ID's but you'll see them easily. they are the two small square chips one above the other.
