ESI will let you sell the "C" Class without any commitment. I do not think that it supports VOIP though. I just talked to a guy about becoming a reseller for a system called "Packet 8". It is a virtual PBX that runs over broadband. The thing that I thought was really neat is that it will connect to a TDM switch through an analog port. So if you have people working from home they can connect to your switch and make calls. Atleast this is what I got from my conversation today. Is anyone familiar with it? www.packet8.net
