Has anyone else had a problem with page quality on a DCS or iDCS product? In a very general sense it seems that women sound better than men but other than that the problem doesn't seem to follow a particular phone, port, page port, or even system. I have also noticed that even internal pages have a "muffled" problem. I am familiar with sound systems and the importance of impedence matching and so forth - fact is the page is muffled at the Samsung output before it reaches the amp. Have been a dealer since the 816 was the only product Prostar offered, and have had simialr problems with the DCS line with 12 & 24 button sets and more so with the iDCS line using Falcon sets. Anybody have a magic answer?

I know this post is 7 years old but did anyone come up with a solution?
My 7400 sounds muffled on the paging ports, and male employees do sound a lot worse on the phones than the women.
Is there an MMC for adjusting audio treble and bass?
