Hi All,
I have the call barge facaility available on our current DCS system, however I would like to know how to stop certain extentions from being barged. Any help is appreciated as we don't have any manuals for anything except the keysets.
Cheers

You can set that up in mmc 206 to either 0 deny barge in 1 allow barge in with tone 2 allow barge in with no tone and barging station is muted

Thanks for that. I have changed those settings but that seems to set the system as a whole to one setting. I need to have 18 keysets allowing barge & 5 keysets that cannot be barged. Is there any way to set that up?
Cheers

Yes you're right. To do this you must set the phones up in different classes of service. In the class you want to deny barge in set secure to yes in mmc 701 and for the phones that barge in is allowed set secure to no in mmc 701.
