I have a Prostar 816 plus with 8 CO lines and 8 stations. We recently grew from 4 CO lines. When we added the 4 lines I did a complete system initialization and reprogramed. Since then, the system periodically disables the keypad for out going calls. We can't dial out. I can clear this up by intializing (preserving customer data). But after a time it comes back.
I'm sure it's a parameter that I have overlooked. Anyone have any ideas?

Do Not Preserve the existing program. Re-initialize the system and reprogram from start. Clear everything before reprogramming.

That's what I did. That's when the behavior started. Originally posted by phonman123: Do Not Preserve the existing program. Re-initialize the system and reprogram from start. Clear everything before reprogramming.
