Hi, My client wants to purchase some non-geographic numbers and have them overlaid onto the main telephone number for their office. Is it possible to make the dcs inform the receptionist which number the caller dialled? They are using a display phone.
Also, are there any generic VM systems that work with the dcs compact II?
Cheers,
Ade

Some might dissagree, but here is my input, for what its worth. For the overlaid numbers, I would recommend DID. Then you can overlay each number to a DID (you can add a name to each DID number that can be shown on the display). As the your voice mail question, of course I recommend the SVMi-4E above all other options. But if your looking for a third party one, try this Aleen ( https://www.aleentech.com/home/main/index.asp?status=start), I have been meaning to try one but have not got around to it. Good luck.
