I am a total newbie but our original installer retired. I am trying to figure out the system on the fly. How can I get one specific station to forward to an external number? My boss wants his extension to forward to his cell. We have had problems getting the conf. call to work and we only require it for one external # anyway. Do I have to have a forward external button (night) added by a technician? We have 12 line system and the main phone had a night button but we use that for forwarding to Cadence. Any input would be appreciated.
