The Amanda SoHo will answer calls and transfer to the correct ext. in the Prostar but when there is no answer it does not go the the vm box. Can not seem to find the correct settings. On the phone side I set forward no answer to go back to the vm exts which works but it doesnt go to the box only the main greeting, Help

Check your VMAA options. On the old star mails I think you had to change the call type options from * to # or vice versa. You can change it on the phone system or you may be able to change it on the VM.
