I've downloaded the upgrade from GSBN site but for the life of me cant find any instructions for doing the upgrade on the phones. Can somone please tell me how to do the upgrade? I notice it comes with its own ftp tool. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really dont want to call tech support for this.

Launch the software, reboot the phone and choose S/W Upgrade from the menu.
