Hi All,
I need a little help with this one. I'm getting CID at all stations (6 total) and can scroll the log on all stations but 201. 201 is getting CID but when you go to access the log it say "no data ". Any ideas?

Have you set up the extension 201 to have review blocks? Also,I assume that 201 is ringing?You will only get CID on a ringing or transferred call.
