I have a problam on a 7200 system were by the lamp above the display does not always flash when there is a new message. I left 3 messages on a phone today to test and it should 3 messages on the display but interminently the same phone might show one message on it and when you log in it might sat you have 6 messages? anyone any ideas ?

Check the MWI settings in the mailbox, I have had a few sites now where somehow the MWI indication get turned off in the mailbox and you have to turn it back on to get it working again properly.
