7200 page issue
i have customer with:
7200 - v4.51
cabinet 1
0=mp20 1=8sli 2=8sli 3=oas 4=tepri 5=16dli2
cabinet 2
0=exp 1=svmi 2=none 3=16dli2 4=oas 5=16dli2
they reported that a call in progress from a digital set (EXT TO EXT) start playing over the EXT page-
the EXT (misc) page port is being used and is feeding amp for overhead pg - they all have page buttons programmed so they dont dial codes.
it has only happened once, but is a concern for sure! i have checked all common stuff (crimp end, no loose wires, nothing shorted out, ect).
i had a similar issue on a 7100 where MOH started playing over EXT PAGE and customer had to reset system to clear it - i have since upgraded software on that system for diff reason and it hasnt happened again-dont know if it was related to upgrade or not.
would welcome any ideas or advice on this one
