I have a Officeserv 7200 at a customers main office and 2 satellites (with 7030's) that I need to network so that they can use 4 digit extensions to dial each other. The satellites can dial me, my phone will ring, but I cannot pick it up. The main office can make one call to the satellite, but they cannot pick it up, and I get a "No MGI Channel avail" error, even though I have 16 idle channels.I have to clear all the ports so I can make a VoIP call. Any Ideas?

I guess u r on WAN and need ports 6000-9000 and 30000-30039 opened on th router/gateway and have MGI licenses on all 3 sites verified. At one of my clients I had to play around with IP addresses and eventually it came right.

heads up
