I have an OS7100 with PRI and analog pots lines with CID. System is only a couple months old and has 4.53C software loaded. Only 4 phones on the system. Problem is the CID logs get to a certain point, then stop saving. They are all set to max 50 entries. My understanding is that when they get to 50 they should start to overwrite the oldest entry and then keep going. For some reason they just plain stop saving, even though the CID is still showing correctly while the call is ringing the phone. I was able to get them working again by clearing out the entries, but they eventually just stop again. Samsung Tech support has no clue. Anyone experience this before? I'm not aware of a setting in programming that tells the logs to not overwrite.
