Well not sure in your area, but in the Dallas area, and for Plenum cable, CAT 6 cost about a third more than CAT 5e per 1000. Jacks are about a third more, and Patch Panels are about 50% more. My normal run is 125 so yours are a little more. Mainly you will need to price your equipment and go from there. Good luck.
