Try giving your voice mail a reset and see if that helps, some times they get false data camped on a feature, in your case saved messages. Just turn off the voice mail unit
and wait about 5 min. and turn back on.
As for the card, before you change it out make sure its not your phone or cord, if it works at another ext. it must be the card.
If it's the card find out witch port it is
and follow the cable from the breakout block up to the card in the system,then shut down the system and pull the card and get the info off of it. www.telbroker.com will be able to help you from there.But do some testing to make sure that it is the card.
