ESI-Access is only available to certified and authorized resellers. That is why ESI refers you back to one. You do not need ESI-Access to program the system. Everything can be programmed from the phone. It is actually easier that way. What you do need, though, is the know-how on how to program it. Without a reseller to bail you out if something goes wrong, I would not venture into the programming.
