What your looking for is a CO hookswitch but on a analog telephone you can not disable the system hook flash. You are probbly going to find that you hit your flash button and dial a code to do a co hookflash on line one then press flash again to reconnect to line 1. I dont know the code and knowing IVX it dosent exist. Good luck maby this will send you in the right direction.
