You can only save the PROGRAM memory, not LCR, Call Accounting memory, or ACD memory. The filename to use is master, and you must use binary transfer mode. I suppose you could rename the downloaded file to whatever you want with whatever extension you want, but to restore it, it must be named master and have no extension.

Additionally, you cannot restore backups made through the modem/data port using tftp.
