This one stumps me..I am not trying to sell secrets...just doing a review for an AT&T spot.. Not to sound harsh...but these are pretty basic things to know if you are in the business, especially the carrier side. If these are interview questions they are basic concepts that should be the bare minimum to know. Just having the answers to these questions does not translate into knowing how to implement them on the job. Steve
