Trying to troubleshoot a clients v2003a new install.

I can get it to work in test mode with sw2 in up position and all dip switches in up position.

All done page works. get output audio on butt set.

When sw2 is placed in down mode I would place the working page line on the first pair and relay connection on second pair. Using the Nortel BCM 400 relay output it will trigger the valcoms relay. I can hear the audio and DTMF buttons pressed on the input pair one. The output on zone two does not output to the butt set. This was done after powering off the unit after 30 second.

Valcom tech is stumped. Did everything he asked.

What else could it be? The valcom does respond with a quick tone acknowledging it heard a DTMF tone pressed for zone four. No response to the output of zone 2.
