Hey ! i am new to this site, i am returning to telecomm.after a attempt at a career move,i was an installer for about nine years,but much has changed. my question is, were and how do i obtain more training, for systems programming, voip,etc.I have installed nortel,toshiba and mitel,but how do i get certified. thanks

As far as the Nortel portion, Global Knowledge handles their training, and Prometric Testing Centers is were you get certified. You can go to the Nortel web site and look under "Support and Training" for the requirements, training schedules and testing sites.
