Yeah, I guess I got carried away on that one. I got in late and was wound up, as in couldn't fall asleep. I think I may have taken the subject a little bit too seriously. I am one of those who will tell you how to build a watch when you ask me for the time of day.

The 601 intercom card was pretty expensive, as in about $150.00 in 1980's dollars. The touch tone adapter for it was over another $100.00 more. Pretty pricey for a 10-station intercom.

We just used abandoned Tone Commander and Melco intercoms found in closets.
