this is what you need to look for:
1 when a call comes in does the 'data' light flash?
2 is the db9 cable connected from the output of the MLX to the protege(top port)
3 is it set into ICLID mode in administator not RMP
4 if yes to all of this power cycle the MLX
if this does not work and it was working, you have a MLX that has gone bad
