Sprint is just rebranded Tadiran. Would you buy Tadiran? Just like NEC bought out Nitsuko and slapped their name on the old Nitsuko product line.

If you buy from a minor brand, or a renamed minor brand, so have limited service options. Check out how many Sprint dealers are in your area and then compare to Toshiba or NEC. More dealers mean better pricing, more options, and ensures support for a longer period.
