If you truly just want calls in and calls out with no hunt group stats (i.e. abandons, hold time, answer rate, etc) then a pure Call Accounting package is fine. A couple of pretty good ones are MicroCall or TapIt. OAISYS & Inter-Tel CCS really allows you to get a good feel for productivity and can track calls as they move through your environment. This is one of the differences between an SMDR product like MicroCall and a CTI one like CCS.
