Does anyone know of any call reporting tools other than Inter-tels CSS? The company that I work for is looking for a way to quickly see total calls in-coming and out-going for each sales person in our company. We are currently using ver 8.1 of Axxess.

its not quick, but you could look at Oaisys products. they are a partner w/ inter-tel and have call accounting and ACD management software to offer.
When I was 8 yrs old my parents had me making CX and PX Cables by hand. Phones are in my blood.

If you truly just want calls in and calls out with no hunt group stats (i.e. abandons, hold time, answer rate, etc) then a pure Call Accounting package is fine. A couple of pretty good ones are MicroCall or TapIt. OAISYS & Inter-Tel CCS really allows you to get a good feel for productivity and can track calls as they move through your environment. This is one of the differences between an SMDR product like MicroCall and a CTI one like CCS.
