Hi guys, I'm putting in my first Mbx. What is the best way to allow exts. and the operator to handle multiple calls? Also We have a PRI and I'm not getting the name with CID.

I can't help you on the multiple call portion of your question since since we haven't done a MBX through our shop at this point, but since the programming is quite similar to the SBX, I'd check to see if there's a PGM 147 for CO CID Attribute and set all channels to NAME instead of TEL.

Use Loop and Call Park Keys when using a PRI since it isn't practical to square the system.
