I apologize in advance for lack of information regarding the Telrad - make/model, etc.
I am trying to help troubleshoot an issue where a Telrad system (unsure of model) was able to display inbound caller id when connected to a Cisco IAD. It has switched from the Cisco device to an Adtran and caller id no longer works on the Telrad it shows random stuff like "801". A plain old telephone with caller id hooked directly to the 66-block on the Adtran show the caller id just fine. If the Telrad moves back to the Cisco IAD caller id shows up correctly.
Has anybody run into something like this and if so have any suggestions for correcting it? Tomorrow morning all parties involved will be meeting at the site but so far nobody has any ideas.
Any help is greatly appreciated and I am still trying to get the model and software version of the Telrad.

IPEX1 with a small card attached to it that supports 4 lines with caller id
COL
ULD
Caller ID does not display on any incoming calls when hooked to the Adtran. Caller ID from the Adtran does work direct to a caller id box.

This could be a timing issue. By default, Telrad waits 4 seconds for CID information. Any longer and you would have to change your custom parameters to wait for info.

Mark Do you have Emanager and a way to connect to the system to check system programming?
