Where are you located?? What revision software do you have? What model Allworx do you have?
On that UVerse---is that a DSL?? What's the bandwidth on that circuit? How many internet users are up when these people are trying to make calls. Take everyone off, then only have the Allworx phone being the only thing on the internet. See what happens. What type of phones are you using for the remotes?
