We just installed the Allworx system and have a few remote users trying to connect through their AT&T Uverse setup. The phones register to the server, but they experience no audio on calls. Some are able to make a couple of calls, but the audio issue crops up again. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. We can't very well tell these users they need to change their provider.
