I could use a little help. I have a customer with an IDS 108 (eclipse software 2.99X08) Their system crashed, battery was dead. We replaced the battery, reloaded programming from my backup. However, the system was using ACD and that was not backed up. I have had the ACD option reloaded and I have programmed the ACD (it is very basic programming) My issue is that - all seems to be working well except the ACD queue keys they have on their phones are not illuminating when there are calls in queue. I know I am missing something small as I know I had this problem before but for the life of me, I can not remember what I had to do to fix it. They are only using ACD 01. Their log in keys work fine. Their queue keys are programmed as an 831 with sub code 101. What am I missing?
