I could use a little help. I have a customer with an IDS 108 (eclipse software 2.99X08) Their system crashed, battery was dead. We replaced the battery, reloaded programming from my backup. However, the system was using ACD and that was not backed up. I have had the ACD option reloaded and I have programmed the ACD (it is very basic programming) My issue is that - all seems to be working well except the ACD queue keys they have on their phones are not illuminating when there are calls in queue. I know I am missing something small as I know I had this problem before but for the life of me, I can not remember what I had to do to fix it. They are only using ACD 01. Their log in keys work fine. Their queue keys are programmed as an 831 with sub code 101. What am I missing?

Check your Que Rate in the ACD programming screen and make sure you have that set up for the flash rate. (On/Off) Q then O to access the screen. Then CTL-B to set up rates which should have something in there if the ACD was defaulted but may have trash in there. Then CTL-C to set up number of calls in queue.
That should correct your issue I do believe.

That is it. As soon as I read your reply, I remembered that is what I had to do the last time. I put the rates in there and tested. It is working perfectly now. Thank you so much for your help.
