Hi,
We have a strata 424 with dkt2010-sd phones, 7 lines 12 extentions. We had optimum as our provider. We switched to a hosted pbx system that has serious issues. We went back to optimum, the PBX system was not touched. Now everything is working fine except that the incoming calls only ring at the receptionist, while before they rang on 5 of the secretaries desks as well. Hunt group is set with optimum (linear). How can I fix this. Thanks for your help.

There's not enough information to go on but it might be that the 424 is defaulted.

You might have a Night transfer key programed on the reception phone, if you cycle power it will turn off. See if you can find this button and turn it on, it changes what phones ring.
