I finally got back to the site. Fortunately there was no crucial need for the extra phones. Thanks to NTlayoff for the simple solution. It worked and thanks to the other responders who gave me more insight in what to look for with other situations. Does anyone have an idea for a call accounting program. I've dealt with a couple that sold me stuff I didn't need so I prefer not to deal with them. The customer does not need any cost factors. They just want a monitoring type of system.
