So there appears to be no way to make the soft keys work with the CMS voicemail on this IPK II. All the manuals are built around the soft keys. A simple question: while listening to messages, how can you delete them without a softkey?

Thanks DH. I have a couple of Elitemail user guides and none of them have instructions for non-softkey iterfaces. BTW, I checked the option N under access codes for all users and it was unchecked as you instructed. So I assume we're SOL on this one.
