I had the same thing happen one a 50 a couple of weeks ago, I re-inialized and reloaded the programing minus the numbering plan changes, this system had some changes to the flexible numbering plan that another company did instead of moveing the jumper they moved it that way. Not sure if that had anything to do with it or not
