Caller Refuse is in feature manual under Caller ID - Flexible Ringing. No trunk limitation mentioned, just based on CID. We had this discussion with NEC-J back in 2011. Down here the ISDN does not carry the "Private Call" feature set and just displays a blank CLID so no Caller Refuse feature. The Japanese ISDN does carry this feature hence it's development
